Ripoff credit card scam Withdrew $299.95 from our bank account

This company offered o interest rate at a one time fee of $59.95 when I got my bank statement I was charged $ 299.95 plus they also offered family drug plan for $2.99 a month and a roadside assistance for $ 19.95. My contact was a Nicolas Johnson. When I called during business hours, I got a recorded message that said it was after business hours and I am unable to contact anyone. The number is 1-888-863-9661. The original offer was for a credit card.
