Premium Advantage
Implements unethical and fraudulent business practices and standards

Business & Finance

On July 9, a representative from Premium Advantage solicited business from me citing various rewards and advantages should I sign up for their credit card.in order for me to reap the benefits of this credit card, I was informed that I needed to submit a deposit of $299.95 in order to complete the transaction. The representative explained that I would carry a balance of $299.95, but that the funds would be frozen for approximately 30 days, after which the funds would become available to me again.

I furnished Premium Advantage with my account information after being transferred over to another representative who ultimately explained the terms and conditions of this agreement. Unfortunately this representative was not referring to the same agreement I discussed with the representative I spoke with prior to being transferred. Nearly two months after receiving this deceitful call from Premium Advantage, I've yet to receive a credit card or any correspondence from this company, and even more disheartening, I am unable to recoup the $299.95 I contributed based on erroneous information.

Frustrated about being a victim of this scheme, I contacted Premium Advantage and spoke with Henry Park who was unable to explain why I still had not received a credit card and was unable to retrieve the $299.95 withdrawn from my savings account. He provided me with a tracking number for a package Premium Advantage supposedly sent me and suggested I write a letter requesting a refund if I was unhappy with their services.

Henry Park did not provide me with sufficient answers to my questions so I called back and spoke with Sue Morris who proved to be more rude, tactless and unprofessional than Henry Park. Sue Morris could not explain why a representative from Premium Advantage would lead me to believe that I would get my money back, but did however play back a recording of me verifying my account information and agreeing to Premium Advantages terms and conditions.

I agreed to Premium Advantages terms and conditions based exclusively on the information provided in the initial conversation with the representative from Premium Advantage, which was conveniently omitted from the recorded conversation. More questions on my behalf ensued, which resulted in Sue Morris abruptly hanging up on me.

It is very unfortunate that Premium Advantage utilizes unethical business practices and standards. I am writing this letter in hopes to put an end to the beguiling approach and methods employed by Premium Advantage.
