Ripoff fradulently lying to get peoples money

After about 5 phone calls to our home i reluctantly after much coaxing agreed to excepting the offer of a $2,500 credit card from a major bank with a one time fee of $299.

There were a few things that didnt add up but they were such good liars they had me sold... Like i had applyed for the card 6 months ago funny thing is my phone number had changed in the last 2 months that was the thought that made me feel i had been scammed

On the morning the 299 came out of my account i called to double check all the details of my card credit limits and such only to find now they were saying we could never tell you the amount of the card after much arguing they listened to the verbal recording i could barely hear it i asked for them to turn it up they told me sorry thats as loud as it goes all i could hear was a murmur they said nope nothing on there about 2,500 thats when it hit me they had doctered the tape i had asked them and written down everytime they called amount of the card interest rates all the details and all 5 times

I hung the phone up and called straight back and got someone who told me what are u tlaking about we dont deal with anything like that i called back 6 times everytime getting a different story my husband then called from work and just asked what the companies business dealt with after much qs he held his ground saying thats all the info he wanted everytime they hung up on him then i looked up online and seen this site I immediately went to my bank closed my accounts and opened new ones i put paperwork in to reverse the ACH payment and my bank said i should get my money back by monday

I vow to get this company put out of business i have asked my bank to find out who the thrid party ACH processor is then im if anyone else has any information just post it in a report i will check regularly
