I paid my car off in March for $590.42. Since my husband died in January and I was quite distraught I didn't think a thing of it when Santander never sent me a sign off on my title. I just tried to get my plates renewed and they are still on my car title so I have tried to call and email for a week with no result! I keep getting a machine and it tells me I owe them money! Why won't someone talk to me to explain this mess?
