Rip-offs! Credit card fraud! Charged our account for payment twice!

We, as a corporation, have done business with Citibank with our credit card for many years. We have a $25,000 credit limit and always pay in full on time each month. We have noticed in the past few months that there must be new management or a buyout by the associates.

These people are out and out crooks. They will tell you they have not received payment when they have, then took money out of our account for a duplicate payment, When bank of America reversed the charges they shut down our account for nonpayment.

I have faxed them copies of the checks and to no avail. Still no response. They have also incorrectly charged us finance charges and late charges when payment have been on time as proof from our bank that the check has cleared.

Advice: don't do business with these people... You can get free miles elsewhere!
