My mom put me on as a authorized user on her account and now I I'm being harssed by Walmart because she isn't paying the bill. I have been told I was added as a joint person but I didn't sign anything saying I would be a joint user on this account, nor did I sign anything to be on this account period. How do I have my name removed or will I have to hire an atty to settle this matter?
