They will not give me authorization to speak to anyone, the loan is in my husbands name, but my name is on the deed Ripoff

I am in the process of getting a divorce. I have tried to sign up online to get the account information for our mortgage. My husband refinanced our house without my permission, he is the only authorized user on the account and no one from the company will speak to me. He did put my name on the deed to the property therefore I feel I have the right to know what is going on with our account. I have tried several times to set up our account online, but they refuse to set anything up for me.

How do I go about getting any information on this account. I'm not sure if I am responsible for the loan payments as my name is not on the loan, but on the deed. I don't know the law in Michigan. I am a deaf woman, married to a hearing man and feel that I have been taken total advantage of.

I am now living in Hawaii with my sister and do not have access to an atty. It would do me no good anyway as they will not allow me to speak to anyone as my soon to be ex-husband is the only authorized user on the account. I need your expert opinion regarding this matter. Thank you for your time.
