Took all my money out of my account without me knowing

I had a joint account and a single account and the joint account was over drawn and they took my money from my single account and paid the over drawn account with out even telling me, i never signed up for over draft protection. Now my rent isn't paid and now they closed both account with out even informing me. This bank is a joke, mary the bank teller said she was going to help me but she didn't help me if they call my accounts being closed help there retarted. Dont go to this bank they will rip you off. Now i have to try to come up with my rent money that i had that they took from my account to pay the over drawn account. All with out my knowleage. Now im trying to get a lawyer if anyone can help please contact me asap!

Seems like ever time I put money in a deposit about 1600.00 but bye the time the deposit clears I'm charge fee for nsf during the time waiting for the deposit to clear. Everytime I deposit money Bank of America figures away to take some of it. Ripoff
