Unreasonable cancellation fees

We have applied this businesses company support support going back ten years just since they're the only real garbage removal assistance available. Within the last couple of years they've doubled their price accusing gasoline costs, that have dropped. After seeking a lowered service bundle and being advised there is not just one accessible we attempted to cancell support. We were educated we'd need to spend $1019.46 simply to stop service. Untill that quantity is compensated entirely we've to carry on to pay for the regular service costs and they'll not get the dumpster. Is that this actually authorized. Additionally they declare that we've a deal. We're unacquainted with entering any agreement since ten years ago.
