Poor Service

Several years ago we decided to change our carpet so we called Sun Flooring here in Daphne, AL. Several Weeks after the installation we noticed the carpet started to peel. They told us this was normal although our old carpet never did thay. Then several years later the carpet started to buckle throughout the house. When we called them they told us they would not fix the problem without a charge. I feel this was very poor service. We were told by other carpet installers that this was not normal. Perhaps the young boys thatwere assisting did not properly pull the carpet.
