Slick vendor - Wate removal

I had been a customer of waste managemnet for over 9 years the last 2 years they did not pick up as schedule and when we call they promise but did not deliver, we tried to get out of this contract in the past, but it would of cost 800. We waited untill the renwal date and when i called they said that I had to do this in writing 60 days prior, not 2 month before. So without notificationthey renew our contract and 3 months later they dcide not to hauled our trash untill we pay for a different dumspter and services, so they stopped removing our waste because we did not, in sept we paid the bill and they did not come to pick up our garbage 3 week out of the month of sept. We did not get a refund for uncolected waste, but they have been charging us for service that we have not receivedsince september, we have tried all measures to not deal with this comp. Any longer but they refuse to let us go, because we have a contractual agreement. Someone in congress needs to step in and stop these crooks from abusing the consumers not providing services, changing fees, forced contract and auto renwing with out notification of such agreement. They feel that they can change the rules and stick us up as they please. Dont ever do business with them.
