Waste Management fees

The fees increased every month. When I spoke with customer service about it I was told that prices do indeed "fluctuate". I explained that using the word 'fluctuate" implies an up & down but I had yet to see the down part of the "fluctuations" in my bill. They then tried to extend my contract without my expressed knowledge by having me sign an updated contract (which in very small print on the back also extended my contract by 2 years). Luckily I caught the attempt & was able to stop them in their tracks. When I was finally able to cancel our contract (after MULTIPLE phone calls & e-mails) I was then charged a $150 removal fee & a $45 fuel charge just to get rid of them. Really sneaky business practices & overpriced service. Would not recommend them to anyone!
