Waste Management invoicing more than my contract's stated rate - dumpster service

I have been a Waste Management customer for the past 10 years and about twice a year I go through this same crap. I have a contract that states that my monthly charges will be X dollars, and that I am exempt of all fuel surcharges, maintenance fees, or other miscellaneous charges. However, about every 6 months these idiots raise my rates above the contract amount. Every time this occurs I wasting tons of time on the phone and writing letters to get the issue resolved.in the past, I have tried only paying the contract amount and they have added late fees and interest to the invoices and eventually turned my account over to a collections company. I had had any other option I would never do business with these crooks.
