These people claim to help with getting a lower % on credit cards and charged me a fee for this (to my credit card) and have yet to get anything done. They say they have called me, and I have been home for most of the calls. I have called them back many times and I always have to wait for them to call back in (48 or 72 hrs) I have call waiting and caller ID and have not seen them there. And I do have a message machine, no message from them. I must get this resolved as I am having trouble paying that charge they have put on card.
