Lost Payment Led to Foreclosure Filing and Extra Fees

This company claimed to have lost my payment, put my house in foreclosure, found my payment, and charged me 1ooo, s of dollars for their mistake.

When this happened I was put on a forbearance agreement, which raised my payments, 565.52 to 742.00. In which, they said the whole time that my credit would be fine to refinance. After making these payments and giving them 4,000 dollars at the beginning of the agreement. When it came to the time for me to send in the balloon payment of 2100 dollars at the end of 6 months, I called and asked for help. They told me to sell the house, because I didn't owe them $2100.00, but $5ooo and some.

I told the lady I wasn't going to give them 1 red cent more. I'm a single parent how am I supposed to come up with the kind of money they want? I'm not!!!

I am facing the actuality of filing total bankruptcy, and starting over, which ios probably what a few of you are facing also. I wish someone could help us.

I have tried to refinance for the last five years and cannot get away from these people. If there is someone out there reading this that can help please do.
