Ripoff scam so called bank lost my payent, put my house in forclosure, found my payment, charged me for their mistake and now i cant get away from them

This compant claimed to have lost mt payment, put my house in forecloure, found my payment, and charged me 1ooo, s of dollars for their mistake.

When this happened i was put on a forbearance agreement, which raised my payments, 565.52 to 742.00.in which, they said the whole time that my credit would be fine to refinance. After making these patments and giving them 4,000 dollars at the beginning of the agreement. When it came to the time for me to send in the ballon payment of 2100 dollars at the end of 6 months, i called and asked for help. They told me to sell the house, because i didn't owe them $2100.00, but $5ooo and some.

I told the lady I wasn't going to give them 1 red cent more. I'm asingle parent how am I suppoed to come up with the kind of money they want? I'm not!!!

I am facing the actuality of filing total bankrpucty, and starting over, which ios probably what a few of you are facing also. I wish someone could help us.

I have tyried to refince for the last five years and cannot get away from these people. If there is someone out there reading this that can help please do.
