Corp ripoff, beware of fairbanks, liars, biggest ripoff in the history of man kind

My story starts with being injured in a work related accident that left me unable to work for 2 years. My wife worked 2 jobs but we still got behind in 3 house payments, as the fourth house payment came around to getting behind fairbanks put me on a forebarance agreement, boy was that a mistake. The first forebarance was ok but ended just before i got my settlement from work so i had to enter into another one with them, when i got my settlement i called to bring the account current and was told that i had to wait till it was near the end of it, so in july i tried to pay it off and bring the loan current andthey kept giving me the run around and would not give me a figure.

I tried to refinance but when the invester asked for a payoff, fairbanks made sure that it was more than the 80% of the value of the house, so i could not do it. Then they started not accepting my house payments and put my house in forecloser and calling every day and harrassing me and my wife and threating us with losing are house and being but on the street. Thesse people are rude and disrespectful and never give a strait answer. The whole time this is going on i would send payment and it would not clear my bank till the next month which would then be late and there was more fees accured. They charged me for insurance on the house when i sent them proof several times that i all ready had insurance on it. My property taxes have been charged to me several times when they too were already payed. When fairbanks bought my morgage from my other company i had an escrow account, but fairbanks said no and they lost all the money from it. Then they started me an escrow account which in turn rasied my house payment. Never did that that straight ether. These people stop at nothing to take your house. I beleive they would screw there own mother for a dollar. Some one needs to do something about this and i think we should all join together and do it so that other people will not have to go through this.

Come on people this is america, the greatest country in the world, so let us all band together and let our voices be heard, in the local, state, and federal levels. Let your state and federal polititions hear your voices, speak out and dont be affraid.
