I refinanced with a company and they let fairbanks capitol service my loan well i filed bankruptcy and then thats when fairbanks decided to say i was 11 payments behind i tried to prove that i wasn't and they told me my checks had bounced.

I then sent copies which they lost so i sent them again and they still said they bounced mind you i paid check by phone and i work at the bank i know the bank won't send out a check by phone if the funds are not there. So basically they said either pay or loose the house. They also in the middle of fileing bankruptcy tried to file forclosure on my home i kept paying my payments on my home i never once misted a payment.

They had no right so when i was served with papers for forclosure i freeked out called fairbanks and they said that was standered for those behind on mortgages even though i hadn't misted a payment. Well we could'nt afford a lawyer and they said pay or get out so we started a forbearance agreement and have been paying on it fjor about 3 yrs. It seems like ever time we get close to paying it off they say we owe more.

There lawyers charged us 1,500.00 dollars two times to send us a piece of papper that said pay us or else. I went to the states attorny's office and they didnt want to go there. Well the class action lawsuite that they had agaginst them wasnt worth my time of day they didnt refund even close to what they owe us they sent a piddley amount and expected us to keep our mouths shut.

On top of everything they put me and my family through we can't refinance our home because

They are showing on our credit report that we never made one payment to our mortgage at all can you imagine how mad i am i know they screw people. They claim after our forberance plan is pd in full they will update our credit whatever they haven't done anything they said they were going to do ever.

They should be put out of business and we all should get our homes for free after all the problems they put every one envolved through.
