Twice Forced Into Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Without Notice to Me or Attorney

My loan was bought from CitiFinancial, I was not notified.
I continued to send CitiFinancial my payments.
When I found out fairbanks had my loan, they were already starting foreclosure.

After going through that nightmare, I was sending the payments to fairbanks for several months, then they sent my payment back because I was so far behind, which was not true. I called and they said hold the payment until they cleared this up. Instead. I find two letters posted on the INSIDE of my windows. They sent someone to my home and tore off all my locks and damaged my doors, etc. And put a realtor lock on my door! I called the court house and they said they had already held a sale on the property, no notification to us or atty. Luckily, my ten days were not up and my atty. filed bankruptcy again. I want something to be done to these people for making me pay over $5000 I don't owe them. Please help me and let me know who the attorneys are that are handling a class action lawsuit against them for $400 million dollars. I want to be listed as a victim.
