Citi credit card/rewards - cash back credit card

My wallet was stollen when I was out of town, so I called citi to cancel my card hours after my wallet was stollen. The card had not been used so I caught it in time, but I wanted to cancel my rewards card as well. The customer service representative told me that they have no way of closing those accounts, so I was like okay I guess I just lost $100 including the cash in my wallet. So when I made it back home I called the citi prepaid number just to double check, the representative told me I could get my money back, I would have to file a claim get it notarized and mail it in to their claim department. I filled out my paperwork, got it notarized and mailed it in. They then send me a card with the remaining balance of. 46 cents. I called and told them there must be a mistake and they told me that they can not replace the balance. I was highly upset if I would have known they were not replacing the card then I wouldn't have went through the trouble of filing a claim and getting it notarized for. 46c. I still have a balance with them, but you best believe I will surely be paying my balance off before the year is up and closing my card. I will never use citi for anything ever again.
