I have not heard anything from this company to correct the problem

I bought a heat device designated gas. I later discovered through the organization that mounted the heat device that it had been designated incorrectly. The system was designated for gas heating however it was really for gas heat. I talked towards the organization which requested me to deliver images. I did so that and also the organization confirmed that it had been improperly designated gas. I've extended to contact the organization for alternative plus they have overlooked my telephone calls and characters. This can be a very dangerous issue. Our home has smoking harm and my loved ones might have been murdered. Businesses need to be accountable for these products they market to customers. I'd wish this organization does not hurt another household. I've not noticed something out of this organization to fix the issue and contains been 3 months that I've been waiting.
