Don't buy from them

The children need Pokemon, however the organization is just a scam! Do not purchase out of this ensemble! If you do, you will be sorry. On December 6th, I requested presents from PokemonCenter.com for my 5 and 7-year old nephews for Holiday. A bundle came a couple of days before Holiday, but involved only 2 of the 4 products requested (the two most affordable components of class). The organization didn't inform me that my products were unavailable, back-requested, etc, plus they charged my charge card entirely about the day of purchase. I attempted to get hold of the organization by telephone, without any chance. Therefore, I went towards the shops and purchased alternative presents for that kids. Then I proceeded in my own attempts to get hold of the organization, by telephone, by e-mail, by site. All without any chance. The organization merely directs a car-response stating how sorry they're due to their bad support and they may correct the problem inside a handful of months. HA! They are doing nothing. I have tried three times to obtain them to credit my take into account the us-delivered products. A lot of work to get a stinking $40 credit along with a awful organization that allows the children along. Pity in it!
