Conflicting Information on Every Call, So I Stopped Paying

American Education Services a.k.a. AES is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I do not know how they are still functioning, if you even want to call it that. A class action lawsuit should be put together, because I am sure others are being treated terribly by a company whose staff, including supervisors, do not know what is going on with my account. If you are unlucky enough to have to call back and talk to the same person who helped you, forget that.

Nobody else that you get to on the phone has any idea of what just happened, who you spoke to, or any sensible information to help you out. Nobody seems to be connected to the same computer to simply punch up your information so that it is there in front of whomever you might be talking to at this lame, terribly unprofessional, disorganized company. It is so simple, as simple as one plus one equaling two.

I personally have been given so many stories already that I truly stopped making payments. Let them sue me, because right now I am seriously disgusted and fed up with the employees who keep messing up my account, changing information, and never having the same information twice. Even the collection agencies I had the privilege of talking to know what a mess this company is, because of what they have told me and what the people they deal with have told them. This company is a scam, a disaster, and a corrupt bunch. Come get me, I am waiting...
