Took Payment and Never Credited Account

I delivered Kay a money purchase for $35; they never acknowledged my consideration, along with a year later they WOn't examine this issue. I settled my statement promptly as well as in complete and today I've an adverse score on my credit history that prevents me from obtaining additional loans. I purchased a large number of bucks worth of jewelery and today I am coping with this absurd issue.
