After obtaining the runaround today for 8 weeks I had been ostensibly informed nowadays that since I didn’t finish some phantom “form” or additional procedure that we was never recommended about and not obtained that I had been ineligible for that $100.00 Credit gift-card after becoming a member of triple-play support online with Comcast in June. I had been never approached, sent or created to recommend me of any issues both. I expected to get a $100 credit on my statement but was refused that aswell with boss Tyesha today. I notice several, many grievances online today about that same fraud and recognize I’ve been tricked. I'll undoubtedly never use Comcast again as time goes on

I've been a person to get a year or two today and that I have settled my expenses early or promptly. I attempted to describe to some of representives that my budget have been taken. I inquired when they might make a cost plans and change my support back on. They explained no and that I am unsatisfied with that solution since I’ve completed what’s been requested of me like a client nevertheless when I request Comcast to become the supplier I thought I had been signing a with be it’s no. I'm beyond pleased with your customer support. I'm discussing whether to remain with Comcast. I have two reports along with you a and individual consideration.
