Terrible mortgage process

We've been attempting to shut on the mortgage through Bank of America for nearly 2 weeks now. We've today missed 3 final deadlines with this vendors! The vendors were good enough to let's transfer to the home and spend them lease, (since our condo rental ended and we'd nowhere to reside!), and we all thought final could be anyday today. BoA is extremely slow to come back our calls, they keep requesting exactly the same monetary documentation again and again (we've posted something four-times today), they keep requesting "only one more bit of paperwork, after which we will prepare yourself to shut." I have lost count of just how many occasions BoA has informed people they'd provide us an absolute final day "within 72 hours." We've almost ideal credit, we are placing 60% along, and my spouse and that I equally have great careers. However we can not get BoA to complete on a comparatively LITTLE mortgage!!! I'd NEVER suggest BoA to get a mortgage to ANYBODY!
