The company is trying to state that I have a unresolved account with them from 2002 and i do not i have talked to them on the phone and desputed it but their still calling i don't know what else to do

Their saying i have a bad credit card account with them in 2002 i have spoken o them on the phone and have givin notice that i dispute this i have ask for information on the debt but i haven't received anything as of yet
