Ripoff. They have my money, but I haven't received my card

They named me on 11 about charge card. They required bank draft on 11/26 of $221. It's today May 30 I've not obtained my charge card. The amount I call doesn't undergo anymore after I did achieve them-they explained to provide it a bit more time, they stated they'd resend the card since it should of got lost.
