Scam, took my money without authorization

I obtained unauthorized prices on my bank account on 8/10. I named them-and they stated I'd registered due to their providers, that we did not. They reluctantly decided to a reimbursement, offered me a verification quantity and stated I'd be returned in 7 to five times.

I still haven't gotten my reimbursement. I quit two communications and delivered a contact. I eventually spoke to some woman called Krista, broker quantity 181043 who stated she'd advance the statement.

I required to become attached to sales, whom she stated she'd "deliver a contact", but was informed she couldn't straight do this, or can she provide me her immediate quantity. Therefore however no quantity, she believed to maintain "examining my bill".
