Totally Scam!

I signed up on Septerber 15, just wanting to know what is all about. Gave the credit card for $2.97. After that, never got any welcome kit. Then saw the credit card bill of $139.95. Called on Septerber 28th, first they said would only refund $40, then after few arguments, they said would refund $70, later the agent told me one time and final offer is $100. I still not agreed, after checking with supervisor, the agent agreed to refund whole amount, and gave me the confirmation number. After ten days, since not seeing refund on my credit card, called again. This time, the agent called Mike said he would submit the refund, sent me an email of Refund Confirmation. Today, since no refund shown on my credit card bill, called again. This time, the agent MIke said the corporate office DENIED all the refund request for people signed up before October 1st because of the conditons. This is totally rip off, and I am going to report to my credit card company and BBB
