On July27, I applied for a loan of modification with Bank of America. After a long nine months wait period, I received a loan modification which required me to pay much more than my previous payment. I rejected it. After I resubmitted the application again and again and all the run around, on April8, BAC wrongfully denied my qualification by accusing me that I am not an owner occupant. Turn around and denied me again. They tried to push me to their short sale or Forclosure program so that they can make more money from detress homeowners like myself. Thank.
