Ripoff stole my money

In december i received a phone call from this company from rep steven and he told me that i was approved for a credit card with a 1,000 credit limit. He told me it was $187 to get the card plus i would receive coupons with savings. He also stated that he would take the money out of my acct on january 2 but he too0k the money out on december 19 over drawing my acct.

They told me that i would receive my card in six to eight weeks. I never received my card it is now march 8 when i called the company they told me they would resend my application via bulk mail, i still never received that then they told me they would send my application via fax within 15 minutes. It is now march 23 and i never received my application via mail or via fax. I was basically charged the $187.00 for the acrd and bounce check fees and overdraft fees so a total of $280.00 for a card that i never received.

When i called to cancel and get my money back they told me that i would have to receive the card first and mail it back. So basically i will never get my money back because i will never receive the card. This has caused a hardship on me and my roomate because i was set back on bills, rent, and my car note. I want my money back. What is the best way of going about getting my money back? If anyone can help me please email me.
