Ripoff They promised pre-approved credit card, charged $279 and I got nothing but junk mail and excuses

On December 11 I obtained a phone from Staci Jackson #079 with Imperial advantages. She explained I qualified to get a charge card having a $3000 restriction for only $279. All I had a need to do was permit them to withhold $279 from my checking.

Stupidly, I offered them my bank acct. # and established a withdrawal day of Dec. 23. She stated I'd obtain my card within thirty days. Mike Horvath arrived about the telephone subsequently to verify anything, he was rude. They supplied a following # that I wrote down which was it for then.

On 12/29 I named plus they stated the card comes within thirty days of the draft day (12-23). On 1-14-04 I obtained an package of promotional content about paycard, truecredit, authorized protection and many additional bits of garbage. I named them-and stated used to do not obtain my card plus they also stated I'll not get a card-but a software to get a card could be delivered. I established the card might supply $3000 credit plus they said yes.

On 1-23-04 I talked with Jimmy Butah #007 and he apologized for software not being delivered and that I must obtain it today. 1-26-04, Peter Smith #004 stated software ought to be hereby 28th. 1-28-04 Jimmy Butah stated must obtain software from the 30th. 1-30-04 Peter Blake #006 stated I'd obtain it tomorrow. 1-31-04 nothing.

3/5/04 I maintained composure for almost 2 months and called Imperial Benefits again on march 5th at 866-233-2688 after recieving nothing. An individual responded the telephone and requested for my telephone number and that I offered them both to him that I'd used. The individual wouldn't provide me his name-but stated he couldn't discover either quantity and might have somebody contact me and also the point went dead. (He hungup)

4/15/04 By this time around I'd dropped just of persistence and named agian to obtain my $279 back. I named 866-233-2688 and somebody responded customer support plus they requested for my telephone number, I offered it after which the point went dead again. I called back plus they insisted on title and my telephone number and that I didn't provide it and was placed on store. Reduced and see ole Jimmy Butah arrived about the telephone. I told him I needed my $279 back and he explained okay also it might consider 10 business days.

5/14/04 I've not reimbursement as well as their telephone number isn't functioning, 866-233-2688.

Another large RIP OFF ORGANIZATION I'll lead cash to obtain them-it we've an opportunity. I don't actually anticipate my money-back but my integrity and ideals don't excuse this theivery and fraud and deceit.
