Superior Benefits
RipOff - Promised a credit card credit repair and more

Business & Finance

In December I was contacted by a called by the name of John from Superior Benefits. I was promised a credit card with the following: a limit of $2000.00,6 month review & increase on card, 8.4% fixed interest rate, no service charges, no monthly fees, lifetime membership with a one time fee of $299.00. I would receive the card 6 weeks after the $299 had cleared by account.

Instead, I received a "credit kit", which is really a bunch of "papers". I called back in February but never got thru. I called back in March and spoke with a Jody, and he said to allow a couple more weeks for the card to come in the mail and then hung up the phone very quickly. Three months later, today is April 5, and still no card and no refund. I want my $299, plus damages, back!

Superior Benefits has not kept their word. They deceived me and they have stolen from me and my kids. God's word tells us how we should treat others and Superior Benefits has not been honest or trustworthy. $299 is a lot of money to me and my kids and I need it back. I hate to make this report but it's not right for someone or a company to do this to other people. They need to make peace with everyone they've hurt. They need to do what's right!
