Name calling

I live in Portland, or. I got a car loan through reliable credit. For 6 months after i got the car every month they added car insurance to my principal balance saying I didn't have any. Every Month I faxed them proof of insurance from progressive. They would take the balance off and every month it would repeat. I had car I sura ce when I drove it off the lot. I wreck my car and totaled it. They said I still had to pay the balance and I get no other car from lack of insurance. I had progressive talk to them and personally fax the paperwork. They wrote off my balance, I got no car and I got threatening/name calling messages on my phone for months. I just don't have the time or energy to fight them anymore. It's this happened in 2007. They don't care about you at all. They are mean. Don't do business with them.
