Refund not provided yet for wrongly created file

Hi.

I have tried to connect with these ibsn tax people to get back my 132$ which I paid as a fee for preparing my file # I58702 which was wrongly created and was not supposed to be created in first place because due to the duration for which i was in US and the way i got paid for those days, it doesnt apply for me to file my US tax returns for the year 2010... But these guys didnt even let me know this till the very last moment where i had already paid of the tax preparation fees... Then when they realised this they did say that it was a mistake from thier end and that they would be refunding my money... This was in March and now it is July but there is no response from them... I have sent nearly 10 mails and i dont remember the count of how many times i must have tried reaching them on thier US contact numbers as well as India contact numbers... I am now planning to raise this to Consumer Forum because though i escalated this issue on their website still there was no response from them... It is my hard earned money and IBSN does not have the right to keep this money if there is a mistake at their end in preparing the file...!!!

I will never recommend this company to any of my friends wrt to filing their US tax returns..
