I had filed the tax returns through IBSN. Trust me IBSN bugs you to the core. They support from India & the company is being run people who are unexperienced. Any doubts you ask them, they will ask you to hang on over the phone but they will never ever come back to you to clarify it. They will be so excited to revert calls in the intitial stages when you fill your papers with them but later they will never answer the calls. There have been lot many times wherein I would have got irritaed calling all the 10 phone nos they have.& everything goes waste. They themselves are not sure as to what is happening. Its waste of time & money filing thru' IBSN... I will personally suggest not to go with them
