I guess I am another victim on IBSN never ending malicious practice of luring individuals into their deceptive net and then pulling of any support whatsoever once the tax returns are filled. Support for 7 years is basically a mockery - its just to attract the clients. Their motto appears to be "go to hell".

I had filed 2009 returns through IBSN for which I received audit report from State tax dept. I have been following up with Archana and Jissy (IBSN staff) with dozens of daily calls and emails but no response.

I would warn everyone to keep away from this fraudulent firm 'coz initially it's tempting to see the kind of returns they get for you but trust me you do not want the headache of tracing them for audit response and finally end up paying the difference that you would have initially benefited from IBSN (that's my 2 cents).
