Credit card charges

To whom it may concern, My name is Tammy Shanafelt. I am new to facebook. On a regular basis I play zoo world 1 and 2 and farmville. Since I have been playing on facebook i have not had any problems. Yesterday I when I was playing zoo world there were some problems with purchases on my boyfriends credit cards and I was not aware until last night. I went on the shop in zoo world to purchase a animal with zoo cash. I clicked on the coin that has facebook coins for wildlife points, instead all the charges went on my boyfriends debit card. I thought that I was trading facebook points for wildlife points. There was a huge misunderstanding, because I did not have to put a credit card number or any information about his card in. The money that was taken off the card was his entire check. We are asking for help on fixing the situation. If a print out is needed please let us know.
