Merchants Choice Deducting money from my business account. I have never used there services

I am the owner of a small business. Trans Tech promised that they could reduce the rate that I was paying. The sales rep ordered the terminal that I was to use. Only the key pad came, after calling and being on hold, they sent me a used terminal that was out dated a looked like it was from the early 90's. After calling and holding more, then sent me a new one.

But! Before I receive it, they had taken $530.00 out of my account. I called and cancelled thier services. That was in April. I never hooked thier equipment up. The deductions kept coming. $5.71, $30.00, $1.31. Then again for $30.00 on June 25.

I am now trying to get them to refund the last $30.00. They say that was for leasing the eqipment from them, that there sales rep has already picked up. As a note the sales rep did leave this company, telling me that she did not feel comftable working for a company like this.

I am taking the time out of my very busy day to write to you, as a fellow business owner. Do not get mixed up with these people. This company is a huge rip-off. They cost me money, time and lots of aggravation. If you are looking for a professional company that you can trust, IT IS NOT THIS ONE!

If these people call and try to set an appointment with you. Just hang up. They are not in any way trustworthy.
