Took My Money -Never Sent Equipment-Never set up account! -Texas

Sales Rep Ephantus Mwangi came into my business selling merchant credit card services. He offered a free credit card terminal and lower fees and other incentives. So I signed up. I NEVER received the terminal and my account was never set up. But I am being charged automatic monthly charges when I have Never been able to process a credit card with them. Then I find out that the main company is Merchant Choice Card Services so I have called them five times spending over thirty minutes the last time trying to straighten this out. I canceled my contract but am still being charged the monthy fees. I dont see how a legitimate company would be this hard to deal with. Watch out!
