This credit card company is NUTS! First they do not send me a statement I start getting harrassing phone calls 3 weeks after receiving credit card and activating it that I am 1) over my credit limit 2) late with my payment. I just don't get 1 call a day try 7 to 10 calls daily. So I get online and sign up for online account to find out that apparently the minute I applied for card I started getting charged and my account was considered active as of that day and not only am I late with my first payment but a late charged was added and apparently my payment was due 1 week after I activated the card. So I make a payment expecting the calls to decease, no help to my avail now they are still calling me wanting another payment even though I just made a payment 2 hours prior and according to my account online another payment is not due until 1/22 and to top it off my minimum payment went from 50.00 (THAT I JUST PAID 2 HRS AGO) to 75.00. So needless to say I just received another call while typing this report to which I answered to be told that the reason that I owe 75.00 now is because I have not made my minimum payment of 50.00 for January's payment and the 50.00 I just paid was for Decembers bill 25.00 is left over from my late fee. So I am trying to figure out how my minimum payment went from 25.00 to 50.00 to 75.00 with late fee... Only have 254.00 charged on card... As I said this company is NUTS for Gods sake stay away from them.
