Bank of America
Lousy customer service

I took several bags of coins to Bank of America to be counted and deposited into my account. My husband and I had already counted the coins and were aware of exact amounts, but of course the bank was supposed to do a count on their end. Both bags were inaccurately counted, one by $1.19 which didn't bother me too much but the other was miscounted by $90.15, which did upset me. Their investigation consisted of stating that the count was right and if we didn't think so, too bad. That's a shame because they are going to lose a good customer.
