Ripoff Suckers need only apply!

I received a phone call from a representative stating that I was approved for a credit line of 500.00 and then after making timely payments, the limit would increase to 500.00. Being the suspicious person that I am, I asked how do I know this is not a scam? So after a little bit of convincing I gave my checking account info and sure enought 7 days later my account was drafted for 129.95. But I still have not received a credit card.
