Ripoff What's in your wallet is right

I received a statement saying I was charged 108% for that billing cycle, when I called they said I wasn't really being charged that much but they had to say it?

Also my "guaranteed" 5.9% rate vanished instantly apparently due to some bzyantine fine print! What's in your wallet is right. Have two cards that I intend to pay off and never due business with them again.
