I purchased a wallet online, and was directed to realypay.com for the order and was instantly charged. Not even an hour later, I was emailed by the wallet site saying it was out of stock and no other similar wallet I wanted was in stock to exchange so they said I could have a refund. It has been a month since they told me I could have the refund and I am very upset that I have not been refunded or received the wallet. I emailed them again, and they said I did get a partial refund but I have not. This is so unfortunate and I would like the company to be shut down or at least honest&get my money back.
