Capitol One Auto Finance
Paid my car off in full, requested title and too date not received and no response to my request for title

I paid my car off in full, sent a copy of the pay-off and a letter requesting my title. To date I have not received the title, nor any type of response from Capitol One. It took me a long time to pay this car off and I would like to have my title. I am not sure how to handle it from this point since Capitol One is so unresponsive.
