Santander is a JOKE! I have literally called to get some of my account information 20 (just now) times and was hung up on 20 TIMES! I feel like ripping out my hair will be less painful. They keep NOTHING on file, so everytime you call them about something you tell them the same story over and over. Everyone there must get paid minimum wage and hates their job, because they like to make everyone else feel miserable. I NEVER chose this "bank, or corporation" whatever they are, in the first place! I had a legal case that was handed to them, and out of all of this legal BS, having to deal with these Santander people is the worst, most painful part of it!
