Triad taking my money! Im trying

I am trying to contact this company Santander Consumer USA Inc. For nearly a week to let them know I will be the sole provider for this bill. Everytime I call they are unavailable.

During there normal business hours never and answer! I have fees that need to be explained. Fees of 131.00 and another of 198.00.

Every month i see fees accruing for 10.95 and sometimes 13.95.. I have a 2003 saturn!
I feel so ripped off.
