Nightmare! Ripoff!

I can't begin to tell you what these people are like. I get calls at work, at home from the 1st of the month untill I finally dont answer. Charges showed up after my bankrupsy 4 yrs after the fact, I called and they tried to justify it saying there lawers fee for my bankrupsy. Which excluded them in the mortage and none of them showed up anywhere.

One late payment, because the idiots couldn't do an address change which was filled out on the back of all my returned bills for over two years. This followed by my phone calls to ask them to change the address, it hasn't happened yet. Now they harrass me, write, with threats. Charge me for insurance fees because they determined I dont have coverage because they say so. The house is fully covered and up to date payments are made on it. They say this crap and a $900.00 charge shows up. They threaten you with forclosure and charges. They have some of the rudist people on phone lines and the phone game is something else.

I am going to get rid of this mortage as soon as I can. BEWARE! The people who run this company must not like their mothers.
