They ripped me off

I filed bankrupsy in nov i did not include my home in bankrupsy, anyway we get 10 months into 2008 (oct of 08) at this time midland mortage tells me in november that they (mm) did not receive a full payment that month, when they told me this 10 months later i was shocked i went to my bank to see if they can trace my money orders one was for 1000 and the other was for 580 i send all of my payments together in one envelope (2 money orders) somehow they seemed to cash the 1000 money order and the 580 dollar money order was not sent, they (mm) never told me i was ever late once since novany my bank found that money order for 580 dollars was still active so i put a stop on that money order (the one they lost?) i got copys of everything sent to them (mm). Its just since bankrupsy they have this attorney wanting to foreclose on me because i refuse to let him change my payments, i did not lose this money order they did so i have been saving my house payments for 3 months i refuse to pay for something that was not my fault i have owned a home for about 19 years never had problems until i came across mm and you wonder why the market is like it is. (no professionalism) these are people that just dont care
